Danish Teak and Steel Grenen Armchair

This teak and steel Grenen Armchair is attractive and durable at the same time. Our Grenen collection is a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional garden furniture found in the gardens of Skagen, Denmark in the late 19th century. Today’s version emphasizes comfort, while maintaining a classic ambience.

The armchairs are designed with solid teak slats, which are mounted on a frame of galvanised, green-lacquered steel.

Teak is a tropical hardwood that requires no finishing and will not rot when left outdoors in the rain and sun. The fact that Teak grows in dry areas, and not in rain forests, makes it an environmentally friendly choice. When this chair is not in use, it easily folds up for simple storage and relocation.
